6. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by ViralSignal is created with AI assistance based on pattern analysis. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific engagement results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Platform. We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you publish.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
